NORDHAUS renovation website: monumental condensed typography, graphite and copper, an existing brick-and-render home and an overlapping window detail

The starting point

Help homeowners turn a broad intention into a clear brief. Windows, facade and loft-floor insulation need to be understandable as individual services and as parts of the same building.

The design response

Graphite, mineral ivory, copper accents and condensed typography establish a confident identity. House imagery and close-up junction details lead into services, project studies and a step-by-step planner in German and English.
